Maudslay lorries were at the quality end of the market but after WWII were too small to compete in the market and were taken over by the giant AEC. However the vehicles built at Maudslay�s Alcester factory were always a little special and here loaded with steel bar a fine example awaits its driver at a typical pre-motorway transport cafe.
